Default Password = Your 5 digit campus extension number.

Default Passcode = 6 digit preset passcode, 654123 for initial login. You will be required to change the passcode. Passcode can be 5 – 10 digits long and CANNOT be or include your 5 digit extension number.

Login: When calling from a telephone number other than your own campus extension, the system prompts you to enter your mailbox number after you have entered your password.

Paging Options: User sets up the paging or phone notification.
Note: Enhanced or Extended Voicemail service required for pager or phone notification if you wish to notify an off-campus number.

Notification: Urgent Messages Only notification is not available.

Automatic Password Entry Option: This feature is not available due to enhanced security in the new system.

Leaving a message:

To bypass greeting and begin recording your message, press 5 or #.

When recording a message that you are not satisfied with, press * to erase your recording. Then press 5 to re-record your message.

When finished recording your message, press # to send your message. System will respond with “message sent”.

Message Waiting Light:

The message waiting light goes out the moment you erase or save the last message in your mailbox.

Calling your extension from your extension when diverted to voice mail

When your extension is on Call Diversion to Voicemail, if you dial your extension from your extension, you hear your greeting and can leave yourself a message.

When your extension is on Call Diversion to Voicemail, if you dial your extension from your extension, you will be prompted to enter your passcode.  You will not hear your greeting and will not be able to leave yourself a message. However, you can log in and “send” a message to your own extension.
