ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS & QUESTIONS
BUSINESS ACCOUNTS
- To establish new UCI-PAID service, a UCI PALCard, a VISA purchasing card is required.
- Please contact Kimberly Heaphy at 310-722-3267 or email Kimberly.Heaphy@t-mobile.com.
- Equipment will be shipped to the UCI address you provide when you order. Invoices will be sent to the address provided at time of order.
- For rate plan changes, equipment upgrades and disconnect orders, please contact Kimberly Heaphy at 310-722-3267 or email Kimberly.Heaphy@t-mobile.com.
PERSONAL ACCOUNTS
- To establish a PERSONAL account with the UCI employee discount, please call 1-866-464-8662, select option #3, and identify yourself as a UCIrvine employee and provide Promotional Code 4281TMOFAV for the latest quarterly discounts. Offer is not valid at T-Mobile retail stores.
- Personal discounts will vary based on current promotions. Existing employee accounts with T-Mobile can receive the same discount off of monthly service, free actvation and free shipping. TO receive quarterly discounts on new equipment use Promotional Code 4281TM0FAV. Offer not valid at T-Mobile retail stores.
