BILLING/CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT (___Assistant III)-Under direction, the incumbent serves as OIT billing and admin assistant. Enters billing data for completed telephone service orders using the Compco billing system.  Answers questions regarding the operation of campus telephone and voicemail systems.  Answers questions about OIT services and how to order these services.  Updates telephone related information on OIT website.  Reviews new SRF’s for telephone service orders, obtaining additional information from client if needed.  Coordinates OLDUS access and communicates information to department directory coordinators. Provides OIT staff with administrative and clerical support.  Monitors and maintains supply inventory.  Orders, assigns and keeps records for keys issued to OIT staff.  Coordinates and arranges meetings as required.  Creates and updates spreadsheets for Directors.  Provides admin support for OIT Business Office staff, including data-entry in Excel spreadsheets. Serves as backup to Campus Operator staff.  Serves as backup for processing and billing common carrier services.  Serves as backup for processing travel for URP staff.  Other duties as assigned.

WEB-UI DEVELOPER (PA II)-The incumbent serves as a central campus resource within the Office of Information Technology as a User Interface Lead for administrative applications development and as an Information Architect with the campus web content management system.  The incumbent also serves as the Web Communications Lead for the Office of Research.
As the OIT Administrative Applications User Interface Lead, the incumbent is responsible for collaborating broadly to establish and maintain UI standards (especially for administrative-focused web-based applications) to address HTML coding standards, aesthetics, usability, ADA compliance and browser compatibility.  The incumbent also serves as the administrative applications UI Lead and control point in OIT Project Review and Software Development Life Cycle processes (primarily for administrative-focused systems).  The incumbent also develops prototype user interface designs for approved projects in collaboration with OIT software developers.  In this role, the incumbent will collaborate broadly with groups such as the OIT Web Content Group, the ZotPortal Developer group, the campus-wide Web Developers group and others to help facilitate communication about related standards and guidelines.
As an OIT Web Content Management System Information Architect, the incumbent is responsible for designing and creating web site frameworks (currently using the Cascade Server CMS) for campus units on a per project basis.  The incumbent collaborates with a cross-functional team of other OIT Information Architects as a member of the OIT Web Content Group to create sites and to establish standards for campus website frameworks, structure, design, templates, information channels and aesthetics.  Websites created in this role will generally be designed for non-technical staff to then add and maintain content over time using CMS tools.  As a member of the OIT Web Content Group, the incumbent accepts assignments from the OIT WCG Manager.
As the Office of Research Web Communications Lead, the incumbent is responsible for designing, maintaining and managing all Office of Research websites using HTML/CSS/Javascript, either as traditional websites or via the campus-wide content management system.  In this role, the incumbent will collaborate with the OIT WCG to ensure OR web communications remain consistent with WCG goals and standards.
