As a senior programmer/analyst, manages and often leads the full project life cycle of complex web-based, database driven applications with campus-wide scope.  Many projects include the analysis of complex business processes and must be implemented as sophisticated workflow applications. Tasks include planning, communicating, and documenting a project implementation from its initial stages to its eventual production release.

Candidate must interview users, analyze and document user requirements, document workflow, diagram data flows and business rules. Must design, code, test, debug and maintain multi-user administrative and other database applications in an enterprise Java environment (Unix/Solaris/Windows) using Oracle, MS SQL Server and/or other relational DBMS technologies.  Resolves technical problems related to Java, Web/HTML/JavaScript/XML/JSON, RDBMS, Windows and Unix/Solaris.
