The Academic Personnel Applications group of the Office of Information Technology at UCI hires student web developers to work with the rest of the APA team to build and maintain academic personnel applications.

Description

You'll be working with a team of developers in bringing Academic Personnel processes online through the use of well-designed Ruby on Rails applications. You'll participate in growing the Academic Personnel Recruit application to support more faculty recruitments, more UC campuses, and more time savings for users.

The 10-campus University of California system supports:

Additional Information

Location: On campus: OIT Offices, 242 Multipurpose Science and Technology Building (MSTB). Telecommuting not available.

Hours: Flexible during the school year: Up to 19.5 hours per week

Summer (Optional): 8:00am - 5:00pm, 15-32 hours per week

Salary range: $15.00-$18.00 per hour, depending on experience

Duration: Academic Year/Year Round

Work Types: Work Study/Non-Work Study, Part-time, Year-round
