The best way to reset your UCInetID is to use the personal question-and-answer you established when you last activated. If you can't remember your answer, you need to contact the OIT Help Desk as described below.

If you are calling from off-campus, we will ask for additional identifying information. In the event we are unable to verify your identity, for your protection, we will ask you to call from on campus or to visit the Help Desk with photo ID.
If you are a student and an employee, in some cases it will be possible to verify your identity and reset your UCInetID by phone.
