Common Mistakes and Pitfalls

It's always possible that something may go wrong. You might misspell a command, for example, and get a completely different command. The best thing to do at that time is be calm. After you've relaxed, think about what you typed and try to figure out what went wrong. Did you misspell a command? Was the wrong prompt displayed? Are you in the correct directory?
