Town Hall Announcement

Dear Colleagues,

You are invited to attend a Town Hall meeting regarding Information Technology Consolidation in UCI’s administrative units:

Date:  Tuesday, April 20, 2010
Time:  8:30 to 10:00 AM (with refreshments starting at 8:00 AM)
Location:  Student Center Pacific Ballroom

Senior campus leadership and Office of Information Technology (OIT) staff will share their perspectives on the consolidation of IT services and staff.  Their short presentations will be followed by a question and answer session.

Scheduled speakers are:

• Sharon Salinger, Dean of Undergraduate Education
• Dana Roode, Assistant Vice Chancellor, Information Technology
• Cheryl Watt, Director of Client Support and Legacy Systems
• Eric Taggart, Director of Graduate Division/Office Research Software Development
• Henry Balanza, Director of Academic Affairs Software Development
• Kevin Ansel, Director of Student Affairs Information Technology
