Streaming Server
Summary: The OIT Streaming Server provides Internet-based streaming and podcasting of digital audio and video content.
Introduction
The OIT Streaming Server broadcasts audio and video content on the Internet. Departments may upload academic, instructional or business content to the OIT server, and publish download or streaming links from their own web pages.
The Streaming Server supports only the streaming and downloading of digital audio and video media; conventional web sites are not supported and must be hosted on other resources.
Availability
The OIT streaming media server is a resource available to campus faculty and staff. To request an account please send an e-mail to oit@uci.edu.
