Training Lab
Summary: We have computer labs for faculty or staff training. Priority is given to the Office of Information Technology (OIT), the Department of Undergraduate Education (DUE), and Master of Public Health (MPH).
Scheduling a Training Lab

- Check the availability of the lab by checking the Current Schedule in the table below.
- Fill out the Lab Request

below.
- This will send an email to the OIT Response Center with your request. If your request has been approved, you will receive notification by email.
- Cancellations
- If you have scheduled the training lab and need to cancel your reservation, please email oit@uci.edu with the details of the cancellation.
- Scheduling Requirements
- The event requires the use of computers.
- The event is to train faculty and staff.
- Reservations may only be made one quarter in advance.
- Cost
- This lab is free of charge for faculty and staff training.
- We can install software on lab computers required for training if your license allows, please give us two weeks prior notice. We charge $60/hour for the labor involved required to install the software. We are unable to install unlicensed demonstration software in the lab.

Using the AIRB 1020 Lab
Location
The training lab is located in 1020 Anteater Instruction & Research Building - AIRB (#653) which is connected to the Anteater Parking Structure (APS). Photos.
Obtaining the Key
Keys are available at the Classroom Technology Support reception desk in AIRB 3070, Monday - Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please return the key when you are finished with your training event.
